High Intermediate Open Play (Wednesday 7:30 PM)

This is a High Intermediate Open Play.

First Server For All Rotations: The team closest to the wall serves first. 

Rotation: 6 Players Per Court

• 4 players will be actively playing while the other 2 players place their paddles on the holders, awaiting their turn.
• All games are played straight to 9 points (win by 2) or 10 (win by 1).
• When the game ends:
  • The winners on that court split up and stay on the courts for 1 more game
  • The losers leave the court and put their paddles into rotation
  • The first two players in the paddle rotation then play separately, each one joining one of the previous winners
• After that game ends, the winner (the only person remaining who has both WON and played ONLY 1 consecutive game), remains on the court to play another match. 
  • The two losing players, and the winner who has now played TWO (2) consecutive games, will leave the court and place their paddles back into rotation.
  • The next paddles on the paddle holder will play next.
• Continue the above method when adding more courts and players (2 courts/12 players, 3 courts/18 players, 4 courts/24 players, etc.).

Rotation: 5 Players Per Court
When on one court:

• 4 players will be actively playing while the other 1 player places their paddle on the holder, awaiting their turn.
• All games are played straight to 9 points (win by 2) or 10 (win by 1).
• When the game ends:
  • Consider a simple rotation where the winners split 
  • One player from the losing team sits
  • One player from the losing team joins the previous winner
  • The player that was sitting out (and is first on the paddle rotation) joins one of the winners
• When adding more courts and players use the above Beginner-High Intermediate rotation method when playing on 2 courts/10 players, 3 courts/15 players, 4 courts/20 players, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Credit will be applied to your Court Reserve Account. Please adhere to the following cancellation notice periods:

• Full Members: 24 hours for Open Play & Court Reservations
• Basic Members: 36 hours for Open Play & Court Reservations

WAITLIST POLICY: The waitlist players will be called in the order they are placed on the waitlist. We encourage all players interested in playing to join the waitlist as there may be potential to open an additional court of play
